Why?
An AI-Native IT services company will deliver 30-80% net margin instead of the usual 7-15% - a 3-5X margin lift for PE’s (and the Indian retail investor’s) favourite asset class.

Great. Now back to my 2025 wrapup.
Honestly, it only really began with Sonnet 4 dropping on May 22nd. That was when, in my opinion, the Claude Code + Sonnet 4 combo became the first general-purpose agentic tool.
Yeah Cursor and Windsurf et al. were there, but subjectively, in terms of the experience as a user - there is a clear before/after line for me.
It took us a month of daily usage to build conviction, and then we committed. We moved everything to Claude Code. Legal, Marketing, Pre-Sales, Sales, Recruiting, Requirements, QA. Because writing code is maybe 10-20% of the work in a typical IT project’s lifecycle.
